Reservation Information

A free initial consultation is required for all new clients before services can begin. During your consultation, we will discuss your pet care needs and confirm your service agreement. Please be prepared to provide your house and mailbox keys as well as alarm codes, if necessary. We will also request emergency contact names, addresses and phone numbers such as your veterinarian, someone with an extra key, or someone that can make a decision about your pet in the event that you cannot be reached.

Our schedule fills up fast so please request your consultation appointment at least seven (7) days in advance of the first visit.

On a personal note: there are times when I will have to bring my toddler with me. Please let me know if that would be a problem for you. While I can fully appreciate and understand if a client does not want a child in their home, I would have to pass on sitting for you as there are times when it is unavoidable. In addition, I would have to pass on any sitting for a client who has a biting or snapping pet. Thank you for your understanding!
